Consent Withdrawal

You may withdraw consent given to us for processing your personal data in Equal ID Wallet. To do so, please follow the guidance below.

Withdraw Consent

You can withdraw your consent using any of the following options:

• Use the consent withdrawal tool on the Equal ID Wallet.
• Write to our Grievance Officer at support@equal.in.
• We will process your request within 7 working days and confirm the withdrawal of consent.
• Upon withdrawal, we will delete your personal data, except for data required to comply with applicable laws. Your consent withdrawal request will be permanently stored as per regulatory requirements.

Credit Information Deletion & Confirmation

• If you request deletion of your credit-related information, we will confirm the deletion and provide an acknowledgement once processed.
• If your data has been shared with a credit bureau (such as CIBIL), you may need to follow their data deletion process, for which we will provide a redirection link to their official grievance redressal portal.
