How to Raise a Grievance
- You may raise any grievances related to your data, credit reports, or consent withdrawal by writing tosupport@equal.in.
- You may also submit grievances through the Grievance Redressal section on our website.
Escalation Matrix
If your grievance is not resolved within the stipulated time, you may escalate the issue as follows:
- Level 1: Grievance Officer – support@equal.in
- Level 2: Compliance Head – bhargava@equal.in
- Level 3: Founder – rajeev@equal.in
Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Initial Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours.
- Resolution of General Data Requests: Within 7 working days.
- Resolution of Credit Report-Related Grievances: Within 15 working days.
- Escalation Response: Within 5 working days from escalation.
