How to Raise a Grievance

You may raise any grievances related to your data, credit reports, or consent withdrawal by writing to support@moneyone.in.

Consent Revocation

For any credit report consent revocation, please contact support@moneyone.in.

Escalation Matrix for both Grievance and Consent Revocation

If your grievance is not resolved within the stipulated time, you may escalate the issue as follows:

Turnaround Time (TAT) for both Grievance redressal and Consent Revocation

  • Initial Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours.
  • Resolution of General Data Requests: Within 7 working days.
  • Resolution of Credit Report-Related Grievances: Within 15 working days.
  • Escalation Response: Within 5 working days from escalation.
