Equal Identity Private Limited provides identity and employment background-verification services to businesses under the Equal platform, covering both enterprise and gig workforce verification. Here is how we charge for that work.

Verification services start at

This rate is exclusive of taxes. Your final pricing depends on the verification type and the volume you run, so the figure above is a starting point rather than a fixed tariff.

How pricing works

Three things determine what you pay. We have set them out plainly so you can estimate your cost before you talk to us.

Charged per verification

Verification services are billed on a per-verification basis, which typically means one charge for each employee or candidate you verify. There is no seat licence and no minimum monthly platform fee.

Rates agreed with each business

Your rate depends on the type of verification you run, the volume you send us, and the turnaround time you need. The agreed rate is confirmed in your service agreement, or on the payment link issued for a specific request.

Quoted in INR, exclusive of taxes

All fees are quoted and charged in Indian Rupees. Amounts shown are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST, which is added at the rate prevailing under law at the time of invoicing.

How you pay

Payment happens online against each request, so there is nothing to set up in advance.

Paid securely through Razorpay

Payments are collected online through Razorpay using a secure payment link that we share for each request. Your card and banking details are handled by Razorpay and are never stored by Equal.

You see the amount before you pay

The exact amount payable is displayed on the payment link before you confirm the payment, so there is never a charge you have not seen and approved first.
